Your privacy matters to us

Google User Data Accessed

To enable data syncing, our application requests access to specific Google user data through the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. We request this scope exclusively to create, view, and manage the specific supplement log file that our application creates within your Google Drive. We do not request or access any demographic data, location data, email addresses, profile information, or any other personal identifiers from your Google account.

Google User Data Usage

The application uses the accessed Google Drive data exclusively to securely store, retrieve, and process your personal supplement logs. This allows the application to sync your data to your personal Google Sheet, giving you direct ownership and visibility of your records. We process this data solely to provide the core functionality of the app. The data is not used for any other purpose.

Google API Services Usage Disclosure

Our application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, we do not allow humans to read this data (unless strictly required for security or legal compliance), and we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties or data brokers.

General Information We Collect

When you use our mobile application, we automatically collect basic usage data and error reports. This includes details about how you interact with the app, device diagnostic information, and crash logs. We use this data exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve the app's performance and user experience. This general diagnostic data is entirely separate from your Google user data.

Third-Party Analytics

We may share anonymous, aggregated usage information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the technical performance of the application. This data contains no personally identifiable information. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.

Data Sharing and Monetization

We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade your personal data under any circumstances. The diagnostic and usage information we collect is kept internal and used solely for the technical improvement of the application.

Data Security

We prioritize the protection of your information. All data transmitted between the application and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Furthermore, your data is securely encrypted at rest. While we employ these robust measures to safeguard your information, please be aware that this does not constitute true End-to-End Encryption (E2EE), as our trusted service providers must briefly decrypt the data to process your requests.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your supplement tracking data is stored directly in your personal Google Drive as a visible Google Sheet. Because you own this spreadsheet, you retain full control over this data. You can view, export, or permanently delete this file at any time directly through your Google Drive. Basic diagnostic and crash data retained by our systems is periodically purged when no longer needed for technical troubleshooting.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
